Hello and Namaste to all young and energetic Chartered Accountants ! From my experience, I am writing this blog hoping that this will at least be useful to someone at some point. Because I used to search for many articles and comments in internet from our seniors regarding their experience hoping that I could find something to learn and shape my future. However, I couldn’t find any. I found many from Indian CAs. I even got a book authored by an Indian CA guiding on what new generation CA should focus on but none from the Nepalese fraternity. I am therefore of the opinion that we should share our thoughts, experience and opinions about the latest developments in accounting, about the existing markets, expectations from the corporate fields from young CAs, about the latest laws and its impact in the economy or any other information that is of interest to a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Accountancy students. ‘ शिक्षक’ मासिक पत्रिकाले ‘नराम्रा शिक्षक कसरी सुधार्ने ?’ शीर्षकमा आव्ह्वान गरेको लेखमा मेरो लेख उत्कृष्ट भएर पुरस्कृत भएको थियो। यो लेख २०६६ को असार अंकमा प्रकशित छ : सुधार्ने आफैंलाई हो, सुध्रिने आफैं हो “ आफू गलत छु वा वि द्याथीहरूमाझ अप्रिय छु भन्ने कुरा तपाइको मस्तिष्कले बताउछँ भने तत्काल नै आफूलाई परिवतर्न गर्ने दृढृ स ङ्क ल्प गरिहल्नुहोस। “ नराम्रा  शिक्षक सुधार्न  कुनै बाह्य तत्वको  भन्दा शिक्षक स्वयंको भूमिका बढी प्रभावकारी एबं फलदायी हुन्छ। सर्बप्रथम त हरेक शिक्षकले आफु विद्यार्थी, बिद्यालय प्रशाशन , अभिभावक वा सम्बन्धित क्षेत्रको नजरमा योग्य छु वा अयोग्य भन्ने कुराका स्वयं मूल्यांकन गर्नु जरुरि हुन्छ। यसका लागि उसले विद्यार्थी , अभिभावक आदिसंग अन्तरक्रिया गरेर आफ्ना कमजोरी तथा नराम्रा पक्ष एबं बानीव्याबहारलाई औंल्याइदिन आग्रह गर्न सक्छ। उनीहरूबाट राम्रो सुझाबको अपेक्षा गर्नु  र त्यसलाई कार्यरूपमा बदल्नु  उसको प्रमुख दायित्व हुन्छ। आफू  गलत छु वा  वि द्याथीहरूमाझ  अप्रिय छु भन्ने कुरा  तपाइको मस्तिष्कले बताउछँ भने ...
